Shipping & Access

Last updated 21 July 2026.

There's nothing to ship in a box. UXHaven is a service, and everything we produce for you arrives digitally. This page explains how and when you receive your report, screens and files, so there are no surprises about delivery.

Everything is digital

A Game UI Audit is delivered as documents and images — a written report, a set of annotated screens, and a prioritized backlog. We send these to the email you booked with, either as attachments or as a link to a shared folder, whichever suits your team. No physical mail, no couriers, no address needed.

When it arrives

Once we have a playable build or recording, an audit takes about ten working days. We confirm the exact delivery date when we agree scope. On the day, you get the full package in one go, followed by a 45-minute call to walk your team through it. If a redesign sprint is part of the engagement, its deliverables — prototypes, specs and assets — arrive at the milestones we set out together, usually across the two to three weeks that follow.

Activating your engagement

Your slot is confirmed as soon as scope is agreed and any deposit is received; that's the moment the clock starts. We'll tell you exactly what we need from you — a build, a recording, or access to your screens — and the schedule keys off when those land with us.

If something doesn't reach you

Files can occasionally get caught in a spam filter or blocked by a corporate mail rule. If a delivery hasn't shown up when expected, check those first, then email [email protected] and we'll resend it through another channel the same working day. We keep a copy of every deliverable until you confirm you've received it safely.
